An evening mela with five stalls, one for each festival the neighbours keep: Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas and Pongal. Light the diyas, throw the gulal, serve one bowl to every friend, dress the tree and draw the kolam; when all five stalls are alight the sky fills with fireworks and lanterns.
